In the event your basketball system is damaged, please submit a photograph of the front, side and back of the unit to our customer service department to file a claim. Can I take my Hydra-RIB in-ground basketball system with me if I move? Yes, your Hydra-RIB in-ground basketball system may be moved to a new location if necessary. You will need to purchase a new set of J-Bolts to reinstall the system. Before moving the unit, we recommend you disassemble the backboard and rim. Keep in mind that these units are very heavy, and this is a multi-person task. Please exercise caution and safety when moving to a new location. Can I purchase accessories for my new Hydra-RIB basketball system? Yes you can! Hydra-RIB offers several accessories including pole pads and board pads to make your playing experience more enjoyable. View the complete list in the Rim and Accessories section of this website. We also offer replacement components. The proper backboard for your system is dependent upon several variables including pole size, pole design, height adjustment system, and backboard attachment mechanism. Please contact customer service to determine the board that is right for you.
